Position Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated Lead Generation & Business Development Interns who can identify potential clients, initiate conversations, pitch our services, and convert leads into paying customers. This is a performance-based role offering practical business development experience and attractive incentives for successful conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, social media, and email campaigns
  • Reach out to businesses and individuals via messages, emails, and calls to pitch Purezza Technologies’ services
  • Follow up with leads to build relationships and understand client needs
  • Collaborate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals or presentations
  • Convert leads into paying clients and hand them over to the operations team
  • Maintain lead status records and reporting on outreach progress

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Basic understanding of tech services like Web Development, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, or Digital Marketing (training can be provided)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Experience in B2B outreach, sales, or freelancing platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
