Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Laravel Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic engineering team. As a vital part of our web applications development projects, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Laravel and related technologies. You will collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to deliver robust, user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel PHP framework.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including frontend developers and designers—throughout the SDLC.
- Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL (including migrations, Eloquent ORM, and query optimization).
- Integrate third-party services and RESTful APIs.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and improve application performance.
- Write technical documentation and unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, Laravel updates, and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience developing web applications in Laravel.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with REST APIs, JWT or OAuth authentication, and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture, OOP, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
