Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can drive growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and onboarding new businesses. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in approach, and passionate about sales and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, etc.)
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients
  • Onboard new businesses and ensure smooth client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
