Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic WordPress Developer Intern to join our web development team. This role provides hands-on experience building, maintaining, and customizing WordPress websites for real-world projects. You will collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement innovative website features and ensure optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, development, and maintenance of WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving website issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and functional sites.
- Perform website testing across multiple browsers and devices.
- Ensure websites follow SEO and security best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest WordPress and web development trends.
- Document development and configuration processes.
Ideal Candidate
- Basic understanding of WordPress CMS and its ecosystem.
- Proficient in Elementor page builder.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to customize and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
